A few things to help you...

Shipping

If one of the scarves that you have ordered is out of stock, I can produce it

and ship it to you.

This process usually

takes 10 days.

I will let you know by email when you can expect to

receive your package.

Send as a gift

All my scarves are wrapped in gift tissue paper and presented in a Dom de Kindt

scarf envelop.

Care for your scarf

Dry cleaning is recommended. However you can wash your scarf by hand or place it in the delicates cycle of your washing machine. The colors won't fade nor bleed.

Use a warm iron to smooth out wrinkles.

Shipping in USA

All scarves are shipped within the United States, by USPS.

Depending on your location,

it can take up

to one week for delivery,

BUT IT IS FREE.

Returns

We accept returns as long as

all elements of the shipping are in perfect condition:

The box, the scarf, the tags.

Within 7 days of reception.

You will ship the item

at your charge.
